    是中共潍坊特别市委机关报，１９４８年５月１日创刊，１９４
９年２月１６日停刊。创刊时为８开２版，日刊，从第１１期起扩为４开４版
，发行１０００到５０００份。徐冰任社长兼总编辑，后由市委宣传部长李波
人代理。
    该报创刊后，对潍县战役等进行了充分报道。在宣传党的城市工作政策，
促进新解放城市建设，为待解放城市提供经验方面，作了大量工作，使潍坊人
民较快了解共产党的城市政策，对潍坊经济的迅速稳定、恢复和发展做出贡献
