    于１９９２年１０月１日在济南创刊。它是在共青团山东省委
的指导下，由少先队山东省工作委员会主办。报纸为４开４版，套色，周报。
报纸的读者群是７～１４岁少先队员。至１９９３年９月，期发行量３６万多
份。
    《山东少年报》集思想性、知识性、趣味性于一体，力求办成少年儿童思
想教育的阵地，遨游知识的海洋，文化生活的乐园，成为孩子们爱不释手的好
朋友。
    《山东少年报》总编辑为袁有洪。
