月日本投降，９月，国民党中央社总社即派特派员刘问渠到济南，接收日本人
的同盟社，成立国民党中央社驻济南特派员办事处。１１月分社成立后，刘问
渠任主任。１９４６年底，刘问渠调往南京国民党中央社总社，由原中央社驻
徐州特派员沈琢吾继任主任。人员有４０人，设有编辑组、电务组。济南解放
，该社人员逃散，其房舍、设备为人民政府接收。
