编纂说明
一、《山东省志·文物志》(以下简称《文物志》)，由山东省文化厅、山东省
文物局共同承编，山东省地方史志编纂委员会总纂。
二、《文物志》按照编纂《山东省志》的统一要求，突出文物志书的特点，以
记述现存地上地下不可移动的文物和国家收藏的文物为主。
三、《文物志》的时间断限，上限因事上溯自有史实可供稽考，下限止于1990
年。个别需要下延的，在行文中注明。
四、入志资料，凡涉及历史地名、人名、职官、计量单位，均据历史资料和实
物资料实录。不便使用简化字的金石铭刻仍以繁体或保留原貌；已缺损但能辨识为
文字及字数的以□标识，缺损至不能辨识字数的以省略号标识。
五、《文物志》纪年，中华民国成立前用历史纪年，括号加注公元纪年；月、
日依照史载及实物资料，均为旧历，不加换算。从民国元年始，用公元纪年。
六、列目记述的古遗址、古墓葬、古建筑、石窟寺及石刻、近现代遗址及纪念
建筑，多为国家和省重点文物保护单位，另有少量市县级重点文物保护单位。数量
较多的古遗址，仅选部分有代表性的列目详述，其余列表简述。列目记述的文物藏
品，选自省内文物机构收藏的一级藏品。每件藏品均标明来源及收藏单位，以便查
考。
七、列目记述的文物用统一的体例和行文规范，不因省志其他分志(如《泰山
志》、《孔子故里志》)已有详述而舍弃或过于简略，以保证《文物志》的独立性
和完整性。
八、对于各篇章之间不可避免的内容交叉，行文中依内涵详略分述。史实、史
迹及研究成果有异说者，诸说并存。
九、图版选取的文物在相关章节中均有记述，未另加图释文字。

《山东省志·文物志》(以下简称《文物志》)由山东省文化厅、山东省文物局
共同承编。
《文物志》的编纂工作始于1982年，根据省地方史志编纂委员会的部署，省文
物局开始物色编纂人员，考虑编纂方案。1984年7月，省编制委员会批准省文化厅
设史志办公室，主持《文化志》、《文物志》两部志书编纂的日常工作，并明确《
文物志》由省文化厅、省文物局共同承编。1985年春，省文化厅任命法惟基为史志
办公室副主任，具体负责《文物志》编纂工作。为便于协调工作，减少中间环节，
编辑室设在省文物局内。本年9月，省文化厅、省文物局在济南召开会议，讨论《
文物志》篇目及编纂计划，同时公布《文物志》编纂委员会名单，省文化厅厅长肖
洪任主任，省文物局局长刘谷任副主任。
1982至1986年，因编纂人员数次更动，工作时断时续，进展缓慢。1986年底，
省文化厅对编纂人员进行调整，任命焦德森为史志办公室副主任，主持《文物志》
日常编纂工作；编辑室工作人员由焦德森、张广存、张醒民、张方平4人组成。
1987年2月，在全省文物工作会议上，《文物志》编辑室向省直文博单位和各市地
文物部门重新布置资料收集任务，讨论篇目设置及具体撰写事宜。要求第一步先完
成“文物保护单位”、“文物藏品”及“文博机构”等基础资料的收集。凡入志的
地上地下不可移动文物和馆藏文物的条目，原则上由文物所在地的文物部门组织撰
写，重要的、学术性较强的由省直有关单位及专家承担。自此，《文物志》的编纂
工作进入具体实施阶段。
1987年上半年，《文物志》编辑室在省地方史志编纂委员会办公室的指导下，
反复酝酿，修订了篇目大纲，界定了《文物志》的内涵及入志资料范围，确定了《
文物志》编纂的指导思想。
为加快资料收集进度，编辑室人员先后赴全省14个市地督促检查，协助解决撰
稿中遇到的问题。1987年秋，基础资料的收集工作如期完成。11月，在省文化厅召
开的全省文化史志工作会议上，《文物志》编辑室又布置了第二阶段十个方面历史
资料(1840～1987年)的收集任务。这部分资料涉及面广，内容繁杂，加上人事更迭，
业务档案不全，收集起来难度较大。除发动各市地文物部门提供资料外，编辑室人
员还先后赴省档案局、省图书馆、省博物馆资料室、北京图书馆、山东大学图书馆、
山东师范大学图书馆及青岛、烟台、潍坊等地图书馆翻检查阅。经过不懈的努力，
积腋成裘，逐步完成了这部分资料的收集和整理。1990年夏，编写出100余万字的
《文物志》“征求意见稿”，同时完成了《山东省文物工作纪事》(1840～1987)和
《山东金石文物考古人物传略》(初稿)。
1990年10月，对《文物志》编纂委员会成员作部分调整，吕常凌任编委会主任，
张玉坤、王承典、蒋英炬任副主任，委员中增加了部分省直文博单位和山东大学历
史系考古教研室的专家学者。1991年初，着手进行“评议稿”的撰写。在汲取各方
面专家对“征求意见稿”评点的基础上，编辑室又对篇目、体例作了较大的修改，
新增加了1988～1990年间有关材料。1992年8月，完成了近50万字的“评议稿”,分
发编委会成员及各地市文物部门审核、订正。
1993年3月，在济南召开《文物志》志稿评议会，省地方史志编纂委员会办公
室、省文化厅、省文物局的领导及有关专家对“评议稿”给予较高的评价，同时就
提高志书质量提出了进一步修改加工的意见。会后，编辑室根据各方面的意见，制
定了具体的修改方案。1995年7月完成“送审稿”，呈报省地方史志编纂委员会审
定。
《文物志》的编写，基础资料文稿多由省内文物系统的人员提供，1840年以来
的有关历史资料多由编辑室人员搜集整理。全部资料文稿由编辑室加工整理并通编，
副主编焦德森统稿、定稿。向《文物志》编辑室提供资料文稿的先后有100余人,其
中提供较多的有：于中航、乔 、王晶、李前亭、王锡平、宋玉娥、张起明、孙善
德、徐正大、杜宇、夏名采、韩岗、文光、万树赢、郅田夫、宫衍兴、夏忠润、朱
承山、孔祥林、赵吉群、孔繁银、苏兆庆、刘一俊、冯沂、马玺伦、杨深富、郑
民、赵乃光、李开岭、高玉珍、刘忠进、常叙政、颜华、佟佩华、王树明、罗勋章、
王永波、常兴照、邵云、白云哲、陈梗桥、刘敬亭、谢月英、崔巍、房志敏、王之
厚、尚大竺、杨波、王凤鸾、张生、张建华、孔庆生、赖非、牟美。
《文物志》在编纂成书过程中,参考吸收了许多专家学者的研究成果，并得到
了省内外专家学者的鼎力支持，谨致谢忱!本书所收照片大部由王书德拍摄，线描
图由王占芹绘制，一并致以感谢!
《文物志》的内容，学术性、专业性较强，历史资料的时限跨度大，难于检觅，
又无先前成书可资借鉴，加之编辑室人员水平有限，疏漏错讹之处在所难免，诚望
读者批评指正，亦俟后世修志时补苴。
