　　位于桓台县新城镇忠勤祠内。1986年12月建立。设办公室及保卫、群工等组，
工作人员12人。忠勤祠亦称王氏祖祠，系明代新城王之垣(王士祯曾祖，官至户部
左侍郎)为祭祀其父王重光而建。王士祯，号渔洋，清初著名文学家、诗人。陈列
品有王士祯的手稿及著作版本，另有王氏家族世传的书画。东厢房陈列桓台县境内
收集的流散石刻，西厢房陈列现代书画名家为纪念馆题赠的丹青墨宝。馆藏文物
950余件。
