　　位于济南市大明湖南岸遐园西侧。1961年创建。祠黑瓦粉墙，是一座北方祠堂
形式的建筑。大门上的“辛弃疾纪念祠”匾额，为陈毅手书。正厅匾额楹联为郭沫
若手书。厅内陈列辛弃疾的画像、手迹、生平传记和各种版本的词集与诗文作品。
