　　位于烟台广惠街湖州会馆(今市政府所在地)。1933年与山东省进德会烟台分会
同时成立，抗日战争爆发后终止活动。
　　该馆藏品及展览包括自然标本、仪器、模型、历史文物及艺术品等，属综合类
博物馆。设常务委员2人主持馆务，业务由进德会会员兼任。历任常务委员先后有
张彬忱、林秋圃、赵振华等。经费由进德会烟台分会临时拨给。
