　　北魏孝昌三年(527年)造。通高3.46米，浮雕弥勒佛高2.20米，赤足立于莲花
座上。佛背光作舟形，周围饰火焰纹，上部左右雕飞天。莲花座为方形，两边刻题
记：“大魏孝昌三年正月二日，奉诏建立皆公寺”,“大魏孝昌三年，岁次丁未二
月十五日，比丘道　为一切众生敬造弥勒石佛”等。原立于广饶县小张乡扬赵寺村
皆公寺遗址，1956年发现，1984年4月移藏山东石刻艺术博物馆。
