　　位于莱芜市辛庄乡石湾子村中部一民房院内。院门南向，有草顶南房、西房和
东厢房各3间(东厢房已塌毁)；北房5间，两端为草顶耳室各1间，中间为小瓦顶正
房3间，是指挥所用房。1977年收集到当时办公用的木桌1张，木椅2把，木床1张。
1980年进行复原维修，辟为莱芜战役指挥所陈列室。
　　1947年2月中旬，陈毅率中国人民解放军华东野战军，由临沂北上，在此设指
挥所。战斗自2月20日开始，至23日结束，歼灭国民党军6万余人，生俘国民党徐州
绥靖公署第二绥靖区副司令李仙洲和73军军长韩浚。收复城市13座,使鲁中、渤海、
胶东3个解放区连成一片。
