　　位于高青县青城镇旧城中心。始建于清乾隆元年(1736年),祀文昌、魁星神位。
阁起于砖砌台座之上，台呈方斗形，边长11米，高7米，有明显收分。台面以下为
十字拱洞，洞宽4米，券高4.5米，直通四面街道。阁为三层，砖木结构，面阔进深
均为3间，通高20米。一层环立檐柱20根，成外回廊，砖砌内墙上至二层檐口，构
成三层平座。夹层为暗间，腰檐内收，檐下悬有匾额。三层为明柱连额，间以木,
上列斗拱，檐角起翘。顶为四角攒尖，覆琉璃瓦，脊端冠以大圆宝顶。
