　　位于长清县城南陈庄。始建年代无考，据碑刻记载，明代曾多次重修，并妆饰
佛像。现仅存佛殿，其他建筑均早毁圮。
　　殿为半地穴式，全部石构，地下深砌0.76米，通高8.2米。平面呈正方形，边
长7.5米，墙体上端四隅抹角，成八边形，环边内收叠涩成穹窿顶。顶部外施沙灰，
饰作盔形，上置石刹，结构简洁，古朴端庄，为省内少见的建筑造型。
　　殿内供奉释迦牟尼，俗称“丈九佛”。立于宝装覆莲座上，通高5.87米。周围
小佛5尊，高与人等，头部均残毁，其中两尊系唐代遗存，余皆为明代造像。
