    气象部门的财务管理工作，随着管理体制变更而变化。以省气象局领导为
主时期，由省气象局计划财务处（科）统一管理，市地气象局（台）设会计单
位，管理辖区内气象台站的财务工作。１９８３年以后，气象部门的财务管理
实行统一计划，分级管理，形成国家气象局、省气象局和市地气象局三级财务
管理体制。
