    全省国家气象台站，每年１０月至次年５月，每日６时编发过去２４小时
降水量报告；每年６～９月，每日５时编发过去２４小时降水量报告，１２时
编发当天５～１２时１０．０毫米的降水量报告，１８时编发当天１２～１
８时１０．０毫米的降水量报告；当３小时内降水量１００．０毫米和６
小时内降水量３００．０毫米时，应即时增发降水量报告。上述降水量报告
经当地邮电局向省气象台拍发。
