　　胜利油田气象台建于１９６６年７月，隶属胜利石油管理局总调度室。建
台初期，有气象人员３名，进行地面气象观测（每日定时３次观测）和单站补
充天气预报业务。到１９８５年，台内有职工２０人，配有７１１型天气雷达
、电传机、传真机和微机等现代气象仪器装备，设气象观测、天气预报、天气
雷达和气象通信４个业务组，制作长、中、短期天气预报，主要为石油生产服
务，也为当地政府和农业、渔业等生产部门提供天气预报和气象情报资料服务
