    临沂地区文化局  1950年4月，临沂专署、沂水专署分别建立文教科。1953年8
月，两专署合并为临沂专署，设文教科。1958年 5 月， 文教科改为文卫督导组。
1959年11月，改为文教局。1968年1月，成立地区革命委员会宣传文教组。1971年1
月，建立地区革命委员会政治部文化组。1975年2月， 文化组改为临沂地区革命委
员会文化局。1978年12月，改为临沂地区行政公署文化局。1983年10月，改为临沂
地区文化局，设秘书科、人事科、艺术科、文化科。

    烟台市文化局  1960年1月5日，烟台专员公署文化局成立。1962年6月， 文化
局撤销，设烟台专署文教卫生办公室文化科。1964年4月， 撤销文教卫生办公室，
成立烟台专员公署文教局。1971年1月， 成立烟台地区革命委员会政治部文化组。
1974年10月，建立烟台地区革命委员会文化局。1978年7月， 改为烟台地区行署文
化局。1982年5月，改为烟台地区文化局。1983年11月，改为烟台市文化局。
