　　创建于1956年10月，1983年升为地市级图书馆。至1990年底，该馆共有房舍81
间，总面积1782平方米。该馆下设采编、借阅、参考、辅导、报刊5个业务部，有
报刊、少儿、外文3个阅览室，均实行开架阅览。为满足科研和生产的需要，该馆
于1986年增设咨询服务项目。
