　　1948年，济南解放，华东军政大学由潍坊迁来济南，称华东大学，由彭康任校
长，余修任教务长。1949年5月，省人民政府决定，将解放战争中各部队和边区政
府成立的文工团均并入华东大学，建立文艺系。系主任吴富恒，副主任臧云远、傅
超武(兼文工团团长)，下设音乐、美术、戏剧3科，牟英为音乐科主任，臧仲文为
美术科主任，田稼为戏剧科主任。1950年冬，华东大学撤销，并入山东大学，文艺
系随迁青岛，改为山东大学艺术系。
