　　系1945年8月，为培养建设人才，山东省政府决定在临沂成立山东大学，校址
驻城关原经文学校内，校长田佩之。1946年1月5日，山东大学举行开学典礼。首期
学员约200人，设政治、经济、教育、医药、文艺5个系。文艺系包括文学、艺术、
英语、新闻4个专业，系主任为李仲融和曾任山东省军区文工团长的陆万美。文艺
系学习课程有马列主义、文艺概论、文学、戏剧、舞蹈、美术、音乐等。学生还组
织了山大业余文工团，为解放区军民演出各种节目。1947年春，山东大学随党政机
关撤出临沂，文艺系师生大多参加文工团，投入解放战争。
