　　1937年抗日战争爆发后，在山东的鲁西南、鲁中、鲁北和胶东地区，建立起了
中国共产党领导的抗日民主政权。为了培养革命文化工作干部，在各根据地和八路
军中，都办起了各种形式的艺术教育团体。其中主要有抗大一分校文工团、山东鲁
迅艺术学校、胶东鲁迅艺术学校和山东大学文艺系等。
