　　1946年，南京国民政府行政院善后救济总署(简称行总)鲁青分署与鲁青区内卫
生医务机关成立鲁青区联合防疫委员会，总会设在青岛，负责鲁青区的防疫规划、
疫情汇报，协助各地建立分会及其他防疫机构，指导分会防疫工作。1948年，随国
民党政府的覆灭而结束。
