　　1943年7月，赵晋英、王兰香、赵常林、邓英华、赵时等人发起，赵晋英夫妇
出资创办，校址在广智院街。招收初中毕业生20余名，学制2年。教师多为兼职，
无报酬。1948年，省人民政府卫生厅拨给4000斤小米作为补助。同年，校址迁山水
沟街，改名为福幼妇婴保健学校。1953年并入山东省助产学校。办学10年，共培养
毕业生349名。
