　　1956年，山东派出首批学资较高、业务能力较强的西医人员肖珙、朱利朝、丁
履申、张庆甫、李安域、王显明、王惠俊、吴敬新、高耀宗、张淑馨、靳祖鹏等，
赴上海参加卫生部举办的中医研究班，学期3年。
　　1957年，山东派出尚德俊到天津参加卫生部举办的全国西学中研究班，学期3
年。
　　1958年，山东派出陈克忠、邓壁珍、马思懿、李正书、林均吉、周瑞芬到天津
参加全国西学中研究班，学期3年。
