　　山东省建立最早的精神病专科医院是济宁市精神病医院，1952年初建时称山东
省精神病康复医院，床位100张，职工124人。至1980年，聊城、青岛、烟台、枣庄、
淄博、德州等地市先后建立精神病专科医院。1985年，全省共有地市精神病院12处，
病床2915张，职工2619人，其中卫生技术人员1554人。
