　　1950年4月，在泰安成立的华东区黑热病防治总所，其第一、二分所分别设在
临沂和栖霞。1953年，两分所改编为4个黑热病中心防治站，分设于莱阳、文登、
临沂、济宁，每站11人。1954年5月，华东区黑热病防治总所撤销，在原一、二分
所的基础上，成立山东省黑热病防治所，直属省卫生厅领导，所址在泰安岱宗坊东
北隅，职工54人，其中卫生科技人员31人。
　　1960年10月，省黑热病防治所与省丝虫病防治所合并，组建为省寄生虫病防治
研究所，所址济宁市。
