　　1970年8月14日，山东省革委设立山东省体育局。1971年2月1日，省革委公布
成立山东省革命委员会体育局，并启用印章。
　　山东省革命委员会体育局下设政工组、业务组和总务组。1972年8月定编38人，
实为39人，其中军代表7人。
　　1970年11月23日，省革委任命孙继文为体育局副局长。1971年2月1日山东省革
命委员会体育局正式成立后，重新公布孙继文任副局长，王振声任副政委。1972年
3月25日，省革委任命季明焘为局长。
