登高等民俗体育活动数千年来深受人民的喜爱，发展至今，形成了国际性的潍坊风
筝节、登泰山节。竞技体育传入山东后，传统体育始终以其活泼多样、集健身与娱
乐于一体以及浓郁的民族特色，在民间广为流传，与竞技体育互补互促，相映生辉。
