　　1983年，山东首在城市中开始发展集中供热技术，主要采取三种供热方式：济
南明湖热电厂和张店热电厂采用的热电联产供热，是以热电厂的蒸汽与热源发展城
市集中供热；济南、潍坊等城市生活小区建立锅炉房实行区域集中供热；大厂利用
余热(废热)作热源集中供热。
