    山东自1968年开始小批量出口盐渍菜， 品种较多，青岛商检局基本没有检验。8
0年代末， 山东开始对日本出口盐渍姜芽，客户要求进行不含亚硫酸酐、山梨酸、苯
甲酸检测，山东商检局即按有关规程进行检测，并出具商检证书。
    1990年12月1日， 盐渍菜列入《种类表》，自1991年1月1日起实施法定检验。检
验工作主要按合同、信用证规定进行，合同、信用证无要求的，感官认定无恶性杂质，
不霉烂，肉质脆嫩，即为品质正常。1993年12月28日，国家商检局发布了《出口盐渍
菜检验规程》 ，自1994年5月1日起实施。1995年，山东共出口盐渍菜152批3522吨，
全部合格，创汇175万美元。
