    1931年4月，省检定所拟定实行划一之办法，经省农矿厅批准、济南市政府同意
，张贴布告，通告济南市民一体遵照。布告要求每年的5月、6月和8月的10日分别划
一度器、量器、衡器，当月20日进行检查。
    1931年6月，济南市长通知英国、日本、法国、美国驻济南市领事馆，改用标准
制和市制。
