    省检定所召集已登记之厂商，对其讲解登记之必要、制造新器之方法、度量衡法
规之意义及内容。到1934年4月份各业户开始制造新器。省检定所报告云：“其出品
颇多精良，不合格之器具殊不多见，而制造之迅速亦可惊人。商民换用尽足供给，是
以划一易为力耳”。
