　　1984年山东省经委下达S-5型校表仪检定仪新产品试制项目。1986年10月通过
了山东省标准计量局主持的新产品技术鉴定。该项目采用了高稳晶振和微机技术，
将过去采用多台仪器组合的办法综合为由一台仪器集中进行各参数的检定，准确度
为3×10_8。
