　　1978年底，山东省计量科学研究所与济南无线电二厂联合研制样机，1979年9
月，经山东省电子产品例行试验站对样机进行性能试验，各项指标符合设计要求及
有关规定。1980年1月，通过山东省标准计量局和山东省电子局主持的技术鉴定。
1979年获省科技进步三等奖。
