　　1973年，省科委下达研制S-1型电秒表检定仪科研项目。此前曾用进口的数字
频率计输出标准信号，与其他仪器一起检定电秒表，设备庞大，使用不便，量程不
全，精度不高。1974年，省计量标准局研制出S-1型电秒表检定仪，达到设计指标，
于1979年荣获山东省科技大会奖励。
