　　1970年前，省地质局物资统计工作由综合统计部门负责。由于统计与物资分配
调拨分离，许多统计资料不全，数据不实。1970年后，局物资统计工作改由物资部
门承担，使物资分配、流转、供应、消费与统计工作形成有机的整体。1978年后，
局、队配备了专职和兼职物资统计人员。1980年6月，局专门印发了《物资统计人
员职责范围及权限》，使统计工作制度化。
