　　通讯订货　1964年2月，国家物资管理总局下达了《中央统一分配建筑材料及非
金属矿产品通讯订货的试行办法》。
　　实行通讯订货的建材产品有27种，具体组织工作，由大区建材一级站负责组织本
区内供货企业对外签订合同。
