　　新中国建立初期，职工的劳动工资制度尚未统一，干部职工生活待遇的实施办法
是供给制和薪金制并举。1955年7月供给制(包干制)废止。随着物资管理事业的发展，
工资关系逐渐理顺，工资制度更加合理，劳动管理更加完善，专业技术职务评聘从无
到有，并走向规范化、正常化。
