　　短期培训，是为了在较短时间改善本部门干部职工的业务素质，提高他们适应工
作的能力的一种措施。时间一般是10天至30天，培训内容一般根据本单位或本部门的
特点和需要而定。
　　到1990年底，全省物资系统共举办电子计算机、财会、统计、劳动工资、仓储、
木材检尺等短期培训班200班次，共培训职工15000余人。
