　　1985年国家物资局印发《重点建设项目承包供应物资收取承包业务费的暂行办法
》，规定承包供应业务的收费标准，各省、市、自治区基建物资配套承包公司按当地
材料预算平均价格收取8‰的承包业务费(个别地区暂按4‰收取)。其中6‰的业务费
留归地方承包公司，2‰上缴中国基建物资配套承包联合公司。
