　　1964年山东省规定生产资料服务公司收费试行细则，明确服务公司开展“四代一
调”业务(代购、代销、代加工、代托运、调剂物资)，可向委托供需双方各收取百分
之一的服务费。1983年“四代一调”业务调整为收取百分之二的服务费。1985年调整
为：代购代销业务收取百分之四，以资料代销者收取百分之二；代加工按加工费百分
之三或产品销价的百分之零点五收取。
