　　酿酒行业节能降耗　70年代全省约有130处酿酒厂，年耗煤65万多吨。省燃料公
司经过调查了解、核定定额，发现蓬莱酒厂吨酒燃料单耗在全省酿酒行业最低，1976
年为727公斤，1977年为557公斤，1978年下降为525公斤，1979年降至500公斤，1980
年1～7月平均单耗为438公斤，比全省实际单耗降低55.3％。通过调查核实发现，蓬
莱酿酒厂节能降耗的经验，主要是在生产工艺和管理上采取了10条有效措施。省燃料
公司联合省轻工业厅在酿酒行业大力推广了这一经验。
