    从1988年开始，根据审计署和省审计局工作计划安排，全省各级审计机关逐步开
展了对工交系统车辆购置费、地方煤炭开发基金、地方电力建设基金、企业留利水平
和分配使用情况、股份制企业等方面的专项审计调查。通过专项审计调查，加强了对
专项资金的收缴管理和使用，促进了大中型企业的深化改革，审计信息被省政府采用，
起到了为宏观调控服务的作用。
