    1984年以前，山东未有专门审计研究机构，审计理论研究工作处于自发和分散的
状态，审计人员利用工作之余，撰写文章，进行审计理论探讨。1984年山东省审计局
成立不久，即建立科研机构，专门从事审计科研、宣传工作。此外，各级审计机关普
遍开展了群众性的审计科研活动，内部审计人员、大专院校的学者也积极撰写文章进
行审计理论研究，扩大审计宣传。
