    自1987年开始，全省各地贯彻边组建边工作的方针，在组建机构和调配人员的同
时，逐步开展了乡镇审计工作。至1993年，全省已基本形成对乡镇经济独立进行监督
的审计监督网络，并涌现出一批先进典型，受到地方政府和审计机关的重视和表彰。
