    1990年， 省审计局组织9个市（地）、22个县（市、区）对45个项目单位进行了
调查， 写出调查报告28份，报送审计表162张，共查出4方面较突出的问题，分析了3
方面原因，即可行性研究不严格、管理体制不理顺、项目计划不衔接。共查出违纪金
额18578．2万元， 其中，省审计局排查结论7402.45万元，调查后，分别向省政府和
审计署作了专题汇报。
