　　为适应统计信息社会化的需要，从1986年起，省统计局建立了新闻发布会制度，
定期发布统计信息。1986年4月9日，召开了首次新闻发布会，省委常委、副省长马
忠臣主持会议并讲了话，由省统计局发布了1985年全省国民经济和社会发展情况的
统计信息，国家和省、市的40多家新闻单位参加了会议。此后，至1992年，共举行
了12次新闻发布会，及时发布了全省国民经济和社会发展情况的统计信息。
