　　1955年3月对各专区、县和一个工矿区的房屋建设情况进行了一次调查。调查
内容有房屋间数、竣工房屋面积(其中砖木结构的间数和面积、住宅的间数和面积)。
1956年8月，山东省统计局按照国家统计局、劳动部、全国总工会联合通知要求，
对济南、青岛、烟台、淄博、潍坊5个城市的职工住宅情况进行了一次快速调查。
