　　　　〖概述〗〖1950-1952〗
　　1950～1952年，是中国国民经济恢复时期。山东省国民经济的恢复工作，是在
旧山东半封建半殖民地经济和长期战争破坏的基础上进行的。党和政府领导人民群
众没收官僚资本，建立国营经济，实行统一财经，稳定物价，合理调整工商业，开
展城乡物资交流和增产节约运动。与此同时，进行了土地改革、镇压反革命、“三
反”、“五反”等运动。在完成各项社会改革和进行抗美援朝的同时，迅速恢复了
国民经济。
