    建国以来，党和政府十分重视社会福利工作，各有关部门对发展社会福利事业
给予积极支持，山东省的各项社会福利事业都在不断发展。1992年，全省共有各种
社会福利事业单位4743个，收养8.1万人，社会保障基金会发展到28409个，社会保
障网络覆盖面达到89.5％。全年发放救灾扶贫款7922万元，扶持贫困户54.2万户，
其中有16.7万户脱贫。全省社会福利企业达4049个，安置残疾人6.52万人就业，实
现产值48.8亿元。
