　　按国家分配给的人口自然增长率7.76‰计算，2000年，全省人口将达到8724万
人，加上机械增长，总人口达8990万人。据此推算，全社会劳动者将达到4350万人，
其中第一产业1966.2万人，占总数的45.2%；第二产业1287.6万人，占29.6%；第三
产业1096.2万人，占25.2%，劳动者的产业结构趋向合理。
