　　国民经济恢复时期，全省人民在党和人民政府的正确领导下，战胜了严重的困
难，全面完成了国民经济恢复的历史任务。全省工农业生产、交通运输大幅度增长，
市场活跃，物价稳定，人民生活明显改善。1952年同1949年比较，全省工农业总产
值由32.53亿元增加到60.9亿元，增长87.2％，平均每年增长23.2％，超过战前
1936年的50％。
